National Consumer Holding Company is a Kuwaiti Shareholding Company that was established and registered by the Ministry of Commerce & Industry in 1996 and listed on Kuwait Stock Exchange in 2006
Company Purposes
1- Management of its subsidiaries or participation in the management of other companies in which it holds stakes, and providing necessary support to them (642010).
2-Investment of its funds in trading in shares and other securities (642020).
3- Owning real estate and movable properties necessary to conduct its operations within the permissible limits according to the law (642030).
4- Financing or lending to companies in which it holds shares or stakes and guaranteeing them to third parties. In this case, the holding company’s participation ratio in the capital of the borrowing company must not be less than twenty percent (642040).
5- Ownership of intellectual property rights, including patents, trademarks, or designs, as well as other intellectual property rights, and their exploitation and leasing to its subsidiaries and others (642050).
6-Management office for the business activities of the holding company (642070).
