National Consumer Holding Company is committed to maintaining an independent Investor Relations Unit within its organizational structure, dedicated to building effective and sustainable relationships with current shareholders, prospective investors, and all relevant stakeholders. Unit Responsibilities
Introducing the Company's activities, vision, strategies, and financial performance
Responding to inquiries from current and prospective shareholders and investors
Facilitating shareholders' exercise of their rights in General Assemblies and voting
Developing investor services in line with emerging best practices and recommendations

The Company ensures timely, accurate, and comprehensive disclosure of its financial results and material developments to the Kuwait Stock Exchange, its shareholders, and all relevant stakeholders, in compliance with CMA disclosure requirements.
The Company's official website serves as a recognized disclosure channel, maintained with up-to-date data and information on a periodic basis, reflecting the Company's current status and governance structure.
The Company proactively addresses market news and rumors to prevent any potential negative impact on its securities.
Information provided to financial analysts and media is intended solely to support independent analysis and opinion, without influencing or directing their views.
